How does the system work?
The Consultant has a room unit on the desk or wall mounted and presses the green button which, in turn alerts the waiting room panel. Incoming calls to the waiting room panel start a pleasant sounding tone which lasts for 1.5 seconds and lights a delta lamp array, next to the doctors name.

 

What sizes are the waiting room panels?
Waiting Room Panels are supplied in two-name modules and will fit together to form one large panel with a maximum 3 slaves giving you 8 names. This can be expanded by adding an extension two name module and this would allow a further 3 slave modules.

 

Can the name inserts be removed?
Yes, the name inserts can easily be removed and changed by using a sucker.

 

Can Personal Attack be incorporated into the system?
Yes, personal attack is an integral part of the system, the consulting room units has a red button, which triggers the personal attack

 

How will the receptionist know which room has had a personal attack?
We have a receptionist control panel available which mimics the waiting room panel. When there has been a personal attack button pressed the call will come through to the receptionist panel instead of the waiting room if required. The receptionist panel can be name or room number tagged.

 

Is the system reliable?
Reliability is built into the system. All of the call line system products are produced with solid state electronics. LED are used for all lamp functions, so there are no bulbs to replace.
