Fire Alarm systems require regular maintenance to verify the correct operation of detectors and call points. L1 systems will require maintenance checks to test 50% of the system every 6 months provided 100% of the system devices and operation have been tested annually.
In some cases e.g Nursing homes, Hotels we recommend 25% of devices and panel operations are tested quarterly proving a higher level of maintenance where the risk is greater.

Once completed you will be sent a copy of the maintenance check to ensure you are notified of any repairs or alterations that are required.
